1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit of $5,000 AUD per person. The following payment schedule applies:

  • Deposit: $5,000 AUD per person at time of booking
  • Progress payment: $10,000 AUD per person by April 2026
  • Final balance: Remainder due by July 2026

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are per person.

2. What's Included

The tour price includes accommodation, daily breakfast, green fees for all six rounds of golf, ground transport by private coach, personal hosting, welcome and farewell dinners, Swiss Alps day trip, and all memorial site entries as detailed in the tour itinerary.

3. What's Not Included

International flights to and from Paris, travel insurance, lunches and non-included dinners, personal expenses (minibar, laundry, phone calls), golf equipment hire, and visa fees (if applicable).

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms will be provided with your booking confirmation. In general:

  • Cancellations may incur a fee depending on the notice period provided
  • We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance
  • Touring Golf reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to circumstances beyond our control

5. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all tour participants. This should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, luggage, and personal liability. Proof of insurance may be requested prior to departure.

6. Fitness & Health

Participants should be in reasonable health and fitness to participate in golf rounds and walking tours of memorial sites. Please advise us of any health conditions or mobility concerns at the time of booking.

7. Tour Modifications

Touring Golf Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, or activities due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, course closures, local restrictions). We will endeavour to provide equivalent alternatives.

8. Limitation of Liability

Touring Golf Pty Ltd acts as a tour organiser and is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, golf courses, restaurants, and transport operators.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
